Factsheet: Partnership for Circular Value Chains in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

The Partnership for Circular Value Chains in Addis Ababa is active since 2020, with members from public agencies, policy makers, private recyclers and civil society organisations. It focuses on protecting water bodies and other natural resources from pollution, while creating and safeguarding jobs in plastic waste management. Through provision of trainings for small and micro scale enterprises on business skills, and provision of plastic waste management equipment among others, partners aim at promoting and supporting circular value chains in the city.
